TATA PUNCH EV SAFEST CAR TESTED BY BHARAT NCAP 5 STAR RATING

2024 Bharat NCAP has crash tested its first electric cars.

The TATA PUNCH EV which pass the safety test with a full five star rating.

It must also be noted that the Tata Punch EV is now the safest car to be tested by Bharat NCAP in India.

Adult Protection: 31.46 / 32

Child Protection: 45 / 49 

Frontal Offset Deformable Barrier Test: 15.71 out of 16.00 

Side Movable Deformable Barrier Test: 15.74 out of 16.00

In the frontal offset deformable barrier test, the Punch EV offered good protection to both the occupants head, neck and thighs. The driver’s tibias and co-driver’s chest, though, were rated as adequate. 

the Punch EV offered good shielding to the head, abdomen and hips, while the chest received adequate protection. All of the aforementioned points received good protection in the side pole impact test.
