The Yamaha Tenere 700 has been showcased at Auto Expo 2025. The lastest version of the Japanese adventure motorcycle was first unveiled to the world at EICMA 2024 in Milan.
The Yamaha Tenere 700 World Raid is a rugged adventure bike equipped with dual fuel tanks with a total capacity of 23 litres and a claimed range of up to 500 km.
The bike features LED headlamps with an upright windscreen, a flat seat, and a bash plate for extra protection against rocks and debris. It also gets a 5-inch TFT colour display with smartphone connectivity, a 3-mode switchable ABS, and an Ohlins adjustable steering damper.
The Yamaha Tenere 700 is powered by a 689cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine producing 73.4PS and 68Nm, and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
The bike gets a double cradle frame, and suspension duties are handled by a USD telescopic fork and monoshock. Brakes include dual 282mm discs at the front wheel and a single 245mm at the rear.
The motorcycle has a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels setup. The Tenere 700 has a high seat height of 860mm, a ground clearance of 225mm and a fuel tank capacity of 16-litres. It weighs in at 211kg kerb, which is pretty light considering the size of the motorcycle.
The Tenere 700 rides on 21-inch (front) and 18-inch (rear) spoked wheels that are draped with dual-sport Pirelli Scorpion tyres. Braking dutis are handled by dual 282mm front brake discs and a 245mm rear disc.
