TVS Motor Company has officially unveiled its first-ever adventure motorcycle, the Apache RTX 300, at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 in Delhi.
The Apache RTX 300 is a pukka ADV as far as looks are concerned, with a beak and tall visor at the front, a commanding stance, and spacious seats for both rider and passenger. While this is an all-new bike, the Apache RTX 300’s headlight has a hint of the Ducati Multistrada V4 to it.
The new 300cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder RT-X4D engine. This engine produces 35PS at 9,000rpm and 28.5Nm at 7,000rpm. Compared to the RR 310’s 312cc motor, this one will likely offer a more linear power delivery. This will make the bike a lot more beginner friendly and also easier to ride offroad.
The Apache RTX looks smart. It has semi-faired bodywork and golden USDs at the front. The model showcased at the expo was loaded with accessories. Other highlights include a big windscreen, dual-tone colour scheme, chunky fuel tank, LED lighting, and a smart-looking underbelly pan.
The Apache RTX 300 is a road-biased ADV and rolls on 19/17-inch (F/R) alloy wheels shod with dual-purpose tyres. Suspension is courtesy of a USD fork and monoshock and a single brake disc at either end handles stopping duties.
The Apache RTX 300 stands out with its rugged design. It features a sharp beak-like front fender and a large windscreen, ensuring rider comfort and wind protection during long rides. The bike’s tall stance and aggressive bodywork make it appear larger and more imposing than a 300cc motorcycle.
The RTX 300 is also showcased with detachable panniers, adding to its touring capability and practicality. Whether on a weekend road trip or a cross-country adventure, the bike is designed to carry gear effortlessly.
The bike will likely be launched by the end of 2025, with an expected price of Rs 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
